A Happy New Year!
I spent New Year season here, New Orleans.
It was crazy days compared to Japanese New Year season...
On Dec 31st, I drank beer all day long, from afternoon to night with 6 people.
They are 2 of them.
Yes I drank with people from different generation.
Talking with different people is stimulative for me.
They are very funny.
I couldn't help laughing at that time.
In the right, she is an employee in this hostel, and in the left, he is a interpreter.
He can speak Japanese too.
Surprisingly, he can speak in 9 different languages.
9 languages!?!?
I barely speak English as a second language....
At 11:00pm, when I went to french Quarter to celebrate New Year, the street is full of people.
Everybody was drinking in the street~~
It is legal in New Orleans♪
This is countdown stage~~
5, 4, 3, 2, 1.....
Happy New Year~~
We can see fireworks for a while.
At next day, Jan 1st, I was a little sick because I had a hangover.
Things I did on the first day of 2013 is going to insectarium, the museum of insects, and taking street car.
Even I was sick, this made me be in "oh my god" situation.
Cockroach...
I was about to throw up....
At the last room, my condition was a little recovered.
I enjoyed here but this museum is not place to come on Jan 1st.
Close to that museum, there is a street car.
This is nice because this car runs along Mississippi River slowly .
The wind is very cool.
Suddenly, it began to rain.
I don't have good body today and decided to come back to my hostel in the evening.
Tomorrow is the last day to stay in New Orleans, so I will go to French Quarter to listen to jazz music.
