Big Bear @ 40th Day

Although I stay in Denver, I don't see anything in the city.

Today's plan is wandering around in the city.

Different from yesterday, I got up late because I didn't have to go far away from the hostel.

From my hostel, I walked to downtown.

Today it's quit nice weather. There is no cloud in the sky!

Stopping by the tourists information, I walked thorough 16th Ave, the main street in Denver.

Well, this tower seems the symbol of this city.

I was going to the top, but I couldn't...

I found a mobile pizza kettle. There is tires in the bottom.

This look easy to treat, so I want this!!

At the edge of downtown, there is a river.

The river is still freezing.

In the opposite edge of downtown, there is Colorado Capitol.

Unfortunately, the golden dome is under repairing...

This is Senate Chamber.

And this is House of Representative Chamber.

Lat time when I was in Austin, TX, I also saw Capitol/

I knew that the atmosphere of Capitol is different from one to another.

Colorado Capitol is, however, chic, elegant and quiet feeling.

Outside of the Capitol, I found mile mater.

This point is exactly 1 mile above sea level.

When I stood up this step, the view is like this.

Thanks to clear weather, I saw mountains.

Compared to nature of Colorado, Denver is a little disappointing.

Because of my schedule, I can stay only 3 days in Denver.

Yes today is the last day for me to stay here.

I want to stay in Denver and drive to other mountains...
